Lynn is a Certified Coach, Certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and business consultant who can help focus on the core strengths of leaders and teams alike, and leverage strengths into exciting, productive success. In addition, Lynn is currently a process leader for the Chief Executive Network, where she works with C-level executives on strategy and tough-to-tackle issues that are negatively impacting their businesses. She is results-driven, passionate, analytical, and focused on keeping people accountable and working at their full potential.
She is frequently invited to deliver keynotes on topics ranging from Creating Cultures of Accountability to White Water Leadership. Lynn holds a master’s degree in social work with a focus on conflict and communication from Syracuse University, and has completed doctoral work in organizational development and adult education.
